لا يحق لمن لم يتم الحادية والعشرين من العمر ان يستخدم متدربين دون السادسة عشرة من العمر.
Art. 10. Nul, s'il n'est âgé de vingt et un ans révolus, ne peut recevoir des stagiaires âgés de moins de seize ans.
