لا يحق لرب العمل ذكرا كان ام انثى عازبا او هاجرا او مطلقا او ارمل ان يسكن معه قاصرا مستخدما عنده.
Art. 15. Aucun employeur, homme ou femme, célibataire, veuf, séparé ou divorcé, ne peut loger chez lui un mineur employé à son service.
