المادة 16

لا يحق للاشخاص المحكومين بالسجن من اجل سرقة او تزوير او استعمال المزور او احتيال او سوء ائتمان او من اجل جناية او جريمة اخلاقية ان يستخدموا المتدربين الاحداث .

Art. 16. Ne peuvent recevoir des stagiaires adolescents les individus condamnés à l'emprisonnement pour vol, faux, usage de faux, abus de confiance ou escroquerie ou pour tout délit ou crime contre les bonnes mœurs.
