لا تنشأ نقابة لارباب العمل او للاجراء الا بعد الترخيص من وزير الاقتصاد الوطني .
Art. 86. Aucun syndicat d'employeurs ou de salariés ne peut être fondé, qu'après autorisation du ministre de l'Economie nationale.
