المادة 1

مادة 1: يضاف الى المادة 18 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 24 تاريخ 15 كانون الثاني سنة 1955 الفقرات التالية: 3- حملة شهادة البكالوريا القسم الثاني رياضيات 4- حملة شهادة طوبوغراف او مساح من معهد معترف به من الحكومة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يضاف الى ذيل المادة 20 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 24 تاريخ 15 كانون الثاني 1955 الفقرة التالية: وكذلك حملة شهادة البكالوريا القسم الثاني رياضيات وحملة شهادة طوبوغراف او- مساح من معهد معترف به من الحكومة.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره.
