تنشأ في لبنان مؤسسة عامة تدعى "المجلس اللبناني للاعتماد" وتعرف بالفرنسية بعبارة CONSEIL LIBANAIS D'ACCREDITATION وبالمختصر بتسمية COLIBAC.
