يجوز ان يعقد كل من الزوجين ضمانا لمصلحة الآخر بوجه التبادل وبمقتضى صك واحد.
Art. 1010 - Les époux peuvent contracter deux assurances réciproques sur la tête de chacun d’eux par un seul et même acte.
