لا يحق للخاسر ان يسترد ما دفعه اختيارا في لعب او مراهنة خاليين من كل غش.
Art. 1026 - Le perdant ne peut répéter ce qu’il a volontairement payé à la suite d’un jeu ou d’un pari exempt de toute fraude.
