لا تجوز المطالبة بالدخل اذا لم يثبت وجود الشخص الذي علق العقد على حياته.
Art. 1034 - On ne peut réclamer la rente sans justifier de l’existence de la personne, sur la vie de laquelle elle a été constituée.
