لا تجوز المصالحة على حق الطعام ولكنها تجوز على كيفية اداء الطعام او كيفية ايفاء الاقساط المستحقة.
Art. 1039 - On ne peut transiger sur le droit aux aliments.
On peut transiger sur le mode de prestation des aliments, ou sur le mode de paiement des arrérages déjà échus.
