المادة 1065

يجوز ان تعلق الكفالة على اجل اي ان تكون لوقت معين او ابتداء من تاريخ معين. ويجوز ان تعقد على قسم من الدين فقط او على شروط اخف عبئا.

Art. 1065 - Le cautionnement peut être à terme c’est-à-dire pour un certain temps, ou à partir d’une certaine date; il peut être contracté pour une partie de la dette seulement, ou sous des conditions moins onéreuses.
