اذا كان الاجل موضوعا لمصلحة الدائن او لمصلحة الفريقين المشتركة فهو يمنع المديون من التنفيذ الاختياري للموجب.
Art. 110 - Lorsque le terme est établi dans l’intérêt commun des deux parties, il met obstacle à l’exécution volontaire de l’obligation par le débiteur.
