ان الموجبات التي موضوعها اجراء امر متواصل او سلسلة امور متتابعة يكون مفعول الاجل فيها الاسقاط.
Art. 117 - Dans les obligations qui ont pour objet une prestation prolongée ou une série de prestations successives, le terme de ces prestations produit un effet extinctif.
