المادة 121
الجرم عمل يضر بمصلحة الغير عن قصد وبدون حق وشبه الجرم عمل ينال من مصلحه الغير بدون حق ولكن عن غير قصد.
Art. 121 - Le délit est l’acte par lequel on lèse injustement et intentionnellement les intérêts d’autrui.
Le quasi-délit est l’acte par lequel on porte atteinte injustement, mais non intentionnellement, aux intérêts d’autrui.
