المادة 221

ان العقود المنشأة على الوجه القانوني تلزم المتعاقدين. ويجب ان تفهم وتفسر وتنفذ وفاقا لحسن النية والانصاف والعرف .

Art. 221 - Les conventions régulièrement formées obligent ceux qui y ont été parties.

Elles doivent être comprises, interprétées et exécutées conformément à la bonne foi, à l’équité et aux usages.
