المادة 242
ان الالغاء لعدم انفاذ الموجب ينتج المفاعيل التي ينتجها الالغاء الناشيء عن تحقق شرط الغاء صريح.
Art. 242 - La résolution pour inexécution des obligations produit les même effets que celle qui intervient en exécution d’une condition résolutoire expresse.
