اذا كان احد المتعاقدين لا يعرف أن يوقع امضاءه, امكنه ان يستبدل التوقيع بطابع اصبعه.
Art. 364 - Si l’une des parties ne sait pas signer, elle peut remplacer sa signature par une empreinte digitale.
