المادة 386
يجب ان يعين المتعاقدون ثمن المبيع ويجوز ان يفوض تعيين الثمن الى شخص ثالث . وفي هذه الحالة اذا امتنع او عجز الشخص الثالث عن تقدير الثمن فلا ينعقد البيع.
Art. 386 - Le prix de la vente doit être déterminé par les parties.
Il peut cependant être laissé à l’arbitrage d’un tiers; dans ce cas, si le tiers ne veut ou ne peut faire l’estimation, il n’y a point de vente.
