ان ما يفعله المرء عن علم لتنفيذ موجب طبيعي لا يصح استرداده ولا يعد تبرعا بل يكون له شأن الايفاء.
Art. 4 - La prestation effectuée sciemment, dans le but d’exécuter une obligation naturelle, ne peut être répétée; elle ne constitue pas une libéralité, mais elle a la valeur d’un paiement.
