ان البائع ملزم بتسليم محتوى المبيع كما نص عليه في العقد مع مراعاة التعديلات الآتي بيانها.
Art. 422 - Le vendeur est tenu de délivrer la contenance telle qu’elle est portée au contrat, sous les modifications ci-après exprimées.
