المادة 471
تطبق احكام المادة السابقة في حالة اكتشاف المشتري لعيب في المبيع يوجب رده.
Art. 471 - Les dispositions de l’article précédent s’appliquent au cas où l’acheteur découvre un vice rédhibitoire dans la chose vendue.
