اذا توفي البائع قبل ان يستعمل حقه في الاسترداد انتقل هذا الحق الى ورثته فيستعملونه في المدة الباقية لمورثهم من المهلة.
Art. 478 - Si le vendeur meurt avant d’avoir exercé son droit de rachat, ce droit passe à ses héritiers pour le temps qui restait à leur auteur.
