اذا كان موضوع موجب الاداء انشاء حق عيني غير منقول, كان لصاحبه حق التسجيل في السجل العقاري.
Art. 48 - Si l’obligation de donner a pour objet la constitution d’un droit réel immobilier, elle ouvre le droit à l’inscription au registre foncier.
