ان الوعد بالشراء الصادر من فريق واحد مباح ايضا ويجب ان يفهم ويفسر كالوعد بالبيع, مع التعديل المقتضى.
Art. 497 - Le promesse unilatérale d’achat est également licite; elle doit être comprise et analysée, mutatis mutandis, comme la promesse de vente.
