المادة 504

الهبة تصرف بين الاحياء بمقتضاه يتفرغ المرء لشخص آخر عن كل امواله او عن بعضها بلا مقابل.

Art. 504 - La donation est la disposition entre vifs par laquelle une personne cède tout ou partie de ses biens à une autre sans contre-prestation correspondante.
