على المؤجر ان يدفع الضرائب والتكاليف المختصة بالمأجور ما لم يكن هناك نص او عرف مخالف .
Art. 551 - Sauf stipulation ou usage contraire, le locateur est tenu de payer les impôts et charges afférents à la chose louée.
