لا يجوز للمستأجر اقامة الدعاوي بمقتضى احكام المواد 562 و563 و564 بعد انتهاء مدة العقد.
Art. 565 - Les actions du preneur contre le locateur, à raison des articles 562, 563 et 564, ne peuvent être intentées après l’expiration du contrat de louage.
