لا يجوز استعمال حق المطالبة بعد انقضاء خمسة عشر يوما تبتدىء من اليوم الذي علم فيه المؤجر بنقل الاشياء.
Art. 572 - Le droit de revendication ne peut être exercé après quinze jours à partir de celui où le bailleur a eu connaissance du déplacement.
