يحق للمستأجر ان يحبس المأجور من اجل الديون المترتبة له على المؤجر والمختصة بالمأجور.
Art. 582 - Le preneur a le droit de retenir la chose louée à raison des créances qui lui appartiendraient contre le bailleur relativement à la chose.
