لا يجوز للمستأجر الذي يخلي الارض الزراعية ان يأتي عملا من شأنه أن ينقص او يؤخر انتفاع من سيخلفه.
Art. 618 - Le fermier sortant ne doit rien faire qui diminue ou retarde la jouissance de son successeur.
