كل نص يرمي الى نفي الضمان المنصوص عليه في المواد السابقة او الى تخفيفه, يكون باطلا.
Art. 669 - Est nulle toute clause ayant pour objet d’exclure ou de limiter la garantie prévue aux articles précédents.
