اذا كانت الحراسة غير مجانية, فالحارس مسؤول عن كل خطاء في ادارته وفاقا للقواعد المختصة بالوكالة.
Art. 725 - Lorsque le séquestre n’est pas gratuit, la personne qui en est chargée répond de toute faute commise dans sa gestion d’après les règles établies pour le mandat.
