يجب على المستعير ان يتحمل:
1- النفقات العادية لصيانة العارية.
2- النفقات اللازمة لاستعمال العارية.
Art. 738 - L’emprunteur doit supporter:
1 - les frais d’entretien ordinaires de la chose prêtée;
2 - ceux nécessaires pour l’usage de la chose.
