يجوز أن يعقد قرض الاستهلاك على جميع الاشياء المنقولة من المثليات سواء أكانت تستهلك بالاستعمال الاول ام لا.
Art. 757 - Le prêt de consommation peut avoir pour objet toutes sortes de choses mobilières fongibles, consomptibles ou non par le premier usage.
