المادة 764
يجب على المقترض أن يرد الشيء المقرض في المكان الذي عقد فيه القرض اذا لم يكن هناك اتفاق مخالف .
Art. 764 - Sauf convention contraire, l’emprunteur est tenu de restituer la chose prêtée au lieu où le prêt a été conclu.
