المادة 780
اذا تمكن الوكيل من القيام بالعمل الموكول اليه على شروط اكثر فائدة وجدوى من الشروط المعينة في الوكالة فان الفرق يعود الى الموكل.
Art. 780 - Si le mandataire a pu réaliser l’affaire dans des conditions plus avantageuses que celles indiquées au mandat, la différence profite au mandant.
