يجب على الوكيل ان يخبر الموكل عن جميع الظروف التي يمكن ان تحمله على تعديل الوكالة او الرجوع عنها.
Art. 787 - Le mandataire est tenu d’informer le mandant de toutes les circonstances qui pourraient déterminer ce dernier à révoquer ou à modifier le mandat.
