المادة 790
ان الوكيل مسؤول عن الاشياء التي استلمها من طريق الوكالة, وفاقا للشروط المنصوص عليها في المواد 696 و697 و711 و712 و714 و715 واذا كانت الوكالة مقابل أجر فان تبعة الوكيل تخضع لاحكام المادة 713.
Art. 790 - Le mandataire répond, dans les conditions prévues aux articles 696, 697, 711, 712, 714 et 715, des choses qu’il a reçues par suite du mandat.
Si le mandat est salarié, sa responsabilité est régie par l’article 713.
