على الموكل ان يقدم للوكيل الاموال وسائر الوسائل اللازمة لتنفيذ وكالته, ما لم يكن ثمة اتفاق او عرف مخالف .
Art. 792 - Sauf usage, ou convention contraire, le mandant est tenu de fournir au mandataire les fonds et autres moyens nécessaires pour l’exécution du mandat.
