ان الحق في ادارة الشركة يشمل حق تمثيلها تجاه الغير اذا لم ينص على العكس .
Art. 877 - Le pouvoir d’administrer emporte celui de représenter les associés vis-à-vis des tiers, si le contraire n’est exprimé.
