ان المدير الذي يعين من غير الشركاء تكون له الحقوق المعطاة للوكيل بمقتضى المادة 777, ما لم يكن هناك نص مخالف .
Art. 885 - L’administrateur non associé, a, sauf stipulation contraire, les pouvoirs attribués aux mandataires par l’Art. 777.
