اذا لم يكن عقد الشركة موجبا للتضامن, كان الشركاء مسؤولين تجاه الدائنين على نسبة ما وضعه كل منهم في الشركة.
Art. 901 - Les associés sont tenus envers les créancier proportionnellement à leur apport, si le contrat ne stipule la solidarité.
