لا مفعول للشرط المتحقق اذا وقع الحادث بخدعة من الشخص الذي كان من مصلحته ان يقع هذا الحادث.
Art. 92 - La condition accomplie ne produit aucun effet lorsque l’événement a eu lieu par le dol de celui qui était intéressé à ce qu’il se réalisât.
