اذا وجد عدة مصفين فلا يحق لهم العمل منفردين الا اذا أجيز لهم ذلك بوجه صريح.
Art. 926 - Lorsqu’il y a plusieurs liquidateurs, ils ne peuvent agir séparément, s’ils n’y sont expressément autorisés.
