لا يضمن الضامن سوى الاضرار المادية الناجمة مباشرة عن الحريق او بداءة الحريق.
Art. 989 - Les dommages matériels résultant immédiatement et directement de l’incendie ou du commencement d’incendie sont seuls à la charge de l’assureur.
