المادة 138

كل عسكري اوكلت اليه شؤون المحاسبة سواء تناولت النقود ام سائر المواد, وارتكب تزويرا في الحساب او استعمل اوراقا مزورة مع علمه بامرها يعاقب بالحبس من سنة الى خمس سنوات .
