اذا ربحت الدولة او احدى الدوائر المشار اليها اعلاه الدعوى فان جميع الرسوم والنفقات التي لم تدفعها بسبب الاعفاء تحصل حين التنفيذ من الفريق المحكوم عليه وتدفع لصندوق الخزينة
