مادة 153: يحق لوزير الدفاع التعاقد مع خبراء غير لبنانيين لاستخدامهم في دوائر ومصالح الجيش لمدة سنة قابلة التجديد ولا يسمح لهؤلاء الخبراء بممارسة اية قيادة في الجيش
