ان الخلافات الاخرى والمنازعات التي قد يثيرها تطبيق هذا القانون, سواء اكانت ناشئة بين المضمونين وارباب العمل, ام بين الصندوق وارباب العمل او المضمونين هي من اختصاص محاكم العمل.
