يرسل رئيس دائرة السجل العدلي في كل محافظة الى اللجنة فيما بين اول كانون الثاني و20 منه بيانا باسماء الاشخاص المحكوم عليهم بالجرائم التي من شانها حرمانهم من ممارسة حق الانتخاب وفقا لاحكام المادة 10 من هذا القانون.
